The Signal: EP033
September 27th, 2007
The Signal: EP033 has arrived like a running team of trained chimps. Hence, the picture. Credit for the image goes to Ian Keltie, who I stole it from.
The Signal's reputation for eclecticism and odd foreign language covers goes unchallenged with our latest installment. We got some African highlife/indie rock hybrid action, some funk, lots of electronic sounds, a Thai band, some punk and a monkey-barrel full of good times. Sans monkeys.
By now, you probably know the deal. The link is live for a limited amount of time. The tracks are in the id3 tag. Commentary that refuses to name any artists is after the cut, to avoid being Google-bait.

Did you know he did another similar clip of himself banging on drums, then turns it into a one-person duet?
Well he did. And now you know.
