Child vs Dragon - A St. George's Mix

Last Friday was St. George's Day, an English holiday, and as a better-late-than-never offering, we're proud to present a web exclusive mix from Emcee Child and the reclusive DJ Dragon Fury containing all the English audio nutrients your ears need to grow.
The track list is in the id3 tags! The groove is in the heart! The dragons are in their place! What more could you ask for?
God's Pottery & Eugene Mirman
I just wanted to take a moment to point out that The Nerdist podcast (hosted by comedian/musician Chris Hardwick of "Hard & Phirm") recently hosted Eugene Mirman and the faux-Christian folk duo God's Pottery. So you might want to download and listen to that.
The ability of the God's Pottery guys to maintain such an even keel of Midwestern medium-funny and never break character is amazing. The only season of Last Comic Standing that I watched was mostly made bearable by their presence. (Their refusal to be mean during a Yo Momma contest was a highlight.)
Ha! And on their website, I just found they did a series of videos called Christ'd, a variation on Punk'd, where they "prank our comedian friends with kindness and we trick them with good will and concern!"
Happy Happy Birthday, To Me To Me To Me!
Rainy Sunday

Second weekend in a row kinda rained out, stuck sitting in the apartment, so I thought it would pass the time to grab some stuff and slap it flat on the scanner that I recently rescued from the depths of the closet. So there are new images up in the web space I created for such moments.
What else. Got an early birthday gift of a high-tech brownie tray with assorted brownie-enhancing attachments. Haven't taken it for a test drive yet, but that's coming.
I put a new woofer on one of the two speakers I've been carrying with me since high school. The rubber of the previous woofer had rotted away, so it made horrible sounds whenever there was bass sounds to be made. Which, you know, is pretty much all the time.
