a) Identify an individual&lt;br /&gt;
b) Write grant requests to local art councils&lt;br /&gt;
c) Win said grants&lt;br /&gt;
d) Hire individual from a)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I have no idea how long it takes to get an oddball designer/street artist to appear organically.</description>

But hey, if you'll be vacationing in the SF Bay Area and want to swing by, you can put it in your carry-on luggage for the way back.</description>
