I guess you could have one sooner if you:
a) Identify an individual
b) Write grant requests to local art councils
c) Win said grants
d) Hire individual from a)

I have no idea how long it takes to get an oddball designer/street artist to appear organically.

Considering that my choices here would be 1) Sell them for game store credit, 2) let a friend have it, or 3) pay to ship it to Australia, then it looks like option 3 has the biggest negative financial impact.

But hey, if you'll be vacationing in the SF Bay Area and want to swing by, you can put it in your carry-on luggage for the way back.
